Dreams Come True

The launching of this website is significant to me because it marks another major milestone in a career that was once simply a dream in a creative childhood mind.

I remember my Dad playing acoustic guitar and singing songs to me. It was the first time I truly felt inspired... and I've never admitted that before. I remember my family performing music in nursing homes and hospitals every Christmas. It was the first time I understood how music can deliver people from the worst parts of life. I remember when I got that little no-name acoustic guitar. It was the first time I felt truly passionate about something. I remember being the #1 fan of my older brother's band in high school. It was the first time I realized what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I remember the day Droo and I started a band. It was the first time my neighbors had heard something that horrible. I remember going to music college, managing Quietdrive and working as a delivery driver for Jimmy John's all at the same time. It was the first time a sub sandwhich had ever been delivered in under 60 seconds. I remember touring for three and a half years, playing 700 shows, having a single on the radio, recording a 2nd record, and launching the coolest website I've ever seen to create a community space for the greatest fans in the world. It was the first time my eyes filled with tears while writing a blog.

I remember falling in love with music. Every day I fall in further.

Parents should teach their kids to dream and kids should dream to teach their parents that dreams come true.

Sincerely,
Justin

It's amazing what music can

It's amazing what music can do to trigger a person's memory.
I can remember when I bought my first CD when I was like 6 (No Doubt's Tragic Kingdom). I can remember when I bought When All That's Left Is You, and every detail from that day too.
I can remember the first time I saw you guys live, and every other time after that. I can remember setting up and booking you guys to come to my school. And that was the first time I realized what I want to do with my career. I can remember the first time I heard "Time After Time" on the radio, I screamed with excitement and then began to cry because I was just so proud of you guys.
And I will always remember flying out to California to see you live and meet two of my best friends who I would have never met if it wasn't for the five of you.

this is simply one of the most honest, sincere, and unbelievably beautiful words I have ever read. I love your passion and wish that everyone finds something that makes them just as happy like you did with music.
